CT ANG Visits, our First Responder Canteen opens, and our new freshman class finishes their first cycle!

Today we were honored to have been visited by Major Holmes, Sergeant Major Smith, and Staff Sergeant Quinones of the Connecticut Army National Guard (CT ANG). In addition to breaking in our new First Responder Canteen, which provides local first responders with free coffee and espresso, we were able to provide a tour of the program and see where we could help each other in the future! As always, we love bragging about the progress of our students and it was exciting to hear the positive feedback of how impressed they were with our program and how well it prepares our students for their futures.

Today we also celebrated the completion of the first shop cycle of the CJPS Class of 2023. Like our other classes, each student brings with them their own unique backgrounds and we really enjoyed meeting and learning about each of them. We have been very impressed with the new class and are excited to welcome them into our shop family!!
