In remembrance of all those lost on September 11th, Vinal Tech held a flag raising ceremony with local responders, members of the military, and those who lost relatives.
CJPS has formed an official partnership with Middlesex Hospital! Having Middlesex Health as the sponsor for our EMR/EMT program will offer our students an amazing opportunity for access to first-class doctors, nurses, ER staff, paramedics, and instructors. We are very excited for this partnership and are looking forward to expanding it in the future!
The Criminal Justice and Protective Services program at Vinal Technical High School is happy to announce a huge partnership with Eversource! As a leader in disaster operations and emergency response in the public/private sector, Eversource works daily with first responders to make scenes safe, protect lives, and recover from devastating events. They have now taken that a step further by helping to build the Vinal CJPS Emergency Operations Center set to open this fall! Eversource generously donated monitors, video conferencing equipment, and battery backup systems that will allow the Center to operate during temporary power outages! On top of this generous material and financial donation, Eversource has offered continuous access to many of their top disaster managers who keep power flowing to millions of people during severe weather and storms. Both Vinal Tech and Eversource are looking forward to the start of a close relationship to develop the emergency managers and responders of the future. Thank you Eversource!  |
